The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is an immigrant visa program enacted by the United States Congress in 1990 and belongs to the fifth priority visa category for occupational immigrants in the United States. The New policy issued in 2022 requires applicants to invest $800,000 in a U.S. government-approved commercial project (TEA area) and create 10 new jobs, and the applicant, his spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 can apply for a U.S. green card.
