1. The applicant has won one or more major internationally renowned awards, such as Nobel Prize, Pulitzer Prize, Olympic medal or trophy, or international major invention and creation.
The applicant must specifically meet at least three of the following conditions:
1. The applicant has won provincial, national or international awards in his/her field
2. The applicant has a professional association membership association, which must be limited to outstanding persons

9. The applicant's salary, compensation or treatment in the relevant field is significantly higher than that of other peers
10. Commercial success in performance or art, as measured by box office receipts, film sales, etc.
