The applicant must meet one of the requirements of "advanced degree" or "special skills".
1. Advanced degree: Applicants must have a master's degree or above from a U.S. university or the equivalent from another foreign university, and work in a field that requires a bachelor's degree or above, or in a traditional professional field such as a lawyer, doctor, architect, engineer, or teacher.
