Hong Kong SAR government announced on December 19, 2023" new capital , eligible applicants who invest HK $30 million or more in Hong Kong may apply for entry into Hong Kong. The permitted investment assets include two parts, including: (1) financial assets involving $27 million, including stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, joint venture collective investment schemes, limited partnership funds or non-residential real estate, etc.; (2) including at least HK $3 million in related projects that require investment in innovation and technology industries or key industries that are conducive to the long-term development of Hong Kong.

Application Requirements
1. The applicant is a foreign national over the age of 18, a person of Chinese nationality who has obtained permanent resident status in a foreign country, a resident of Macao and a Chinese resident of Taiwan. Applicants may bring their dependants, including spouses, same-sex and/or heterosexual partners and unmarried dependent children under the age of 18;
2. The applicant is required to invest HK $30 million or more in Hong Kong and must have absolute actual net assets of not less than HK $30 million or its foreign currency equivalent at all times during the two years preceding the application;
